PATIENT TRIAGE UPDATES FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2025 / Practice Opening Times
From 1st October 2025, the Government have told GP practices to change the way they work. You may see a difference in how you contact us, and how long you have to wait for appointments. If you have any concerns about this, we encourage you to contact the local MP Graham Stuart for Beverley at https://www.grahamstuart.com
Our contracted hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 6.30 pm. Please note at certain times, e.g. beginning of the day, lunch times and at the end of the day, a clinician may not be present in the building.
The online consultation tool is open from 8 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.
In case of emergency please dial 999 or attend the local Emergency Department at Hull Royal Infirmary
The opening times for Manor Road surgery premises are 7.30 am to 8pm Monday’s and 7.30 am to 6.30 pm Tuesday – Friday.

Surgery times
Surgery times vary throughout the week. Please speak to reception to inquire about appointments to see a doctor.
Saturday morning surgery appointments are available as pre booked telephone appointments, these can be booked via the surgery.
Please note our doors open at 7.30am for the first appointments at 7.30am, the reception team are available from 8am for booking appointments.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
If you need to see a GP when we are closed, the Storey Street Walk In Centre in Hull is open 8am to 8pm every day, including bank holidays.

Parking
The surgery has a small car park with disabled spaces and bicycle parking. Please allow time to find a parking space before your visit. There is an exit barrier so please ask a member of staff for the exit code following your visit.
Building accessibility
The practice requires patients with a mobility scooter to be seen in a downstairs consulting room.
In the event of a fire the lifts are frozen and we have no facility to bring down the mobility scooter from the first floor.
